Comparative of drug-resistant of pseudomonas aeruginosa in the elder patients with tracheal cannula and incision

Objective: Compared of drug-resistant of pseudomonas aeruginosa in the elder patients with tracheal cannula and incision. Methods: 99 strains drug sensitivity tests of pseudomonas aeruginosa in the elder patients with 45 cases tracheal cannula compared with 264 strains drug sensitivity in the elder patients with 40 cases tracheal incision. Results: Drug-resistant of pseudomonas aeruginosa in the elder patients with tracheal incision compared with tracheal cannula was increase. The drug-resistant rates of amikacin, ciprofloxacin, meziocillin, ticarcillin, tobramycin were increase significantly in the patients with tracheal incision compared with tracheal cannula. The drug-resistant rates of aztreonam. carbenicillin, timentin and cefoperazone were increasing too, but it was no significantly. Drug-resistant rates of pseudomonas aeruginosa for ceftazidime and impenem were not changes. Conclusion: Drug-resistant rats of pseudomonas aeruginosa were increasing in the elder patients with tracheal incision compared with tracheal cannula, but drug-resistant rates of pseudomonas aeruginosa for ceftazidime and impenem were not changes.
