Effect: of photochemical therapy on nail-fold microcirculation in patiens with psoriasis

This paper reported the change in the nail-fold microcirculation in 40 patients with psoriasis before and after photochemial therapy. The data were compared with that in 100 normal persons. The result showed that these were differences in the targets, such as the colour, the degree of clearance, the condition of blood flow, the special-shape rate of blood vessels etc. of nail-fold between normal subjects, while there Were no changes in those of the patient with psoriasis before treatment fo or after treatment.
