Effect of FK506 on the metabolism of glucose in blood

Objective: To investigate changes glucose metabolism-related markers in blood by a long-term intaken FK506（tacrolimus）.Methods: tacrolimus blood levels were measured by MEIA method;HbA1 was measured by high performance liquid chromatography;red blood cells and HGB were performed on Abbott cell dyn 3200 analyzer;other tests were processed on abbott Ci8200 analyzer with relevant reagent kits.Result: GSP and HGB are higher in male;GSP has significant changes by age;Alb/HBA1/RBC/HGB values changes with different tacrolimus blood level;Conclusion: HbA1 and GSP are good markers for monitoring of glucose metabolism confusion and posttransplant diabetes mellitus.
