Study on identification of placenta hominis and pseudoplacenta with high performance capillary electrophoresis

Objective: To check on the qualities of the medicine of TCM strictly and Identify fresh placenta hominis（fHP）,dried human placenta in the wind under room temperature（wdHP）,dried human placenta by roast upto 120℃（rdHP） and caprine placent（CP）. Methods: The high-performance capillary electrophoresis with 70μm×60cm in quartz capillary tubes,electrodes buffers liquid（ph=8.5） of 30mmol/L borate solution was utilized. Results: The characteristic electrophorograms of fHP,wdHP,rdHP and CP were obtained by separating and desolating in three of solution respectively. Conclusion: Having the aid of these electrophorograms,identifications of placenta hominis and its different preparations,false drugs become easy,the method is portably,quickly,accurately and effectively for distinguishing Traditional Chinese medicine such as placenta hominis,caprine Placent that was pretend to be placenta hominis as medicine to use.
