Anti-tumor activity of NKTm against human carcinoma cell lines in vitro

Objective: To investigate the anti-tumor activity of mixture of NK and T lymphocytes in vitro.Methods: Inhibition ratio to 4 kinds of human carcinoma cell lines（PLA-801D,A549、 LS-174t、 MDA-MB-231） were assayed by the method of MTT.In addition inhibition ratio to PLA-801D at different effect-target cell ratio（E/T）and time were assayed by the same method.Results: To the 4 human carcinoma cell lines,mixture of NK and T-lymphocytes had significant inhibitory effects and the inhibitive rates were significant difference（P＜0.05）.Conclusion: Mixture of NK and T lymphocytes had great inhibitory effect to the 4 human cell lines and to PLA-801D,the best reaction time for inhibitory effect was 4 h.
