A Clinic Analysis of 28 Cases with ARDS

In order to improve the diagnosis and cure rate of early ARDS,28 cases with ARDSadmitted for treatment from Jan.1985 to Oct,1992 were analysed.There were 2 cases withmild ARDS and 4 moderate cases who were cured completely（recovery rate 100%）,but in the 22severe cases,only one （4.55%）was cured and rest all died （mortality 95.45%）.It suggests thatearly diagnosis is very important for the syndrome and treatment progress of this syndrome isalso discussed.
