Study on the operative modus of benign tumor of the ovary

Objective: To investigate the operative modus of benign tumor of the ovary.Methods: From 2003 to 2006,60 patients of benign tumor of the ovary of PLA general hospital were analyzed retrospectively,20 per vagina,20 by laparoscope and 20 by laparotomy.Those were campared by the time of operation,the blood loss during operation,the rate and venting of anus after illness,and hospital of stay.Results: The average operation time of the group of per vagina was short,and this group recovered quickly,the rate of the illness was few.Conclusions: The transvaginal oophorocystectomy is a good micro-trauma method for treating the benign tumor of the ovary.
