Clinical Analysis of 132 Cases of Vitrectomy Surgery

Abstract
132 cases (134 eyes) of vitreous surgery were studied. This included 74 eyes of oculer trauma (55.2%), 17 eyes of Eales disease (12.7%), 13 eyes of recurrent retinal detachment (9.7%), 10 eyes of proliferative diabetic retinopatby (7.5%), and 20 eyes of vitreous opacity (14.9). We used the method of closed vitrectomy combined lensectomy, encircling buckle, cryotherapy and gas-fluid exchange. After operation, 121 eyes of vitreous clear (90.3%), postoperative vision was better than before in g4 eyes (70.1%, remained the same in 32 eyes (23%) and became worse in 8 eyes (5.9%). Complication occurred in 17 eyes (12.7%).
