Effect of chloinolytics on lung functions,transcutanegus oxygen tension,nailfold microcirculation and hemorheology

In this study,107 patients with COPD were observed for the cholinolytics effects on the clinical manifestations,lung functions,transcutaneous oxygen tension（tcPO₂）,nailfold microcirculation and hemorheology in three aspects.We concluded that the clinical effect of cholinolytics on COPD patients was obvious.It’s chief mechanisms are to relax spasm in the bronch,to regulate the mucous secretion,to,improve microcirculation,to reduce the blood viscosity to certain extent and to elevate blood oxygen tension greatly when O₂ inhalation and 654—2 were given simultaneously.
