An Autopsy Case of Crow-Fukase （POEMS）Syndrome and Peview of the Literature

It was reported a case（female,aged-）of Crow-Fukas（POEMS）syndrome（polyne-uropathy,Organomegaly,Endocrinopathy,Monoclonal（M）p rotein, Skin changes）which was provedby pathological examination, Although she was hospitalized repeatedly during 1981-1991,the di-agnosis of her disease was still unconfirmed before the histopathological diagnosis.Clinical mani-festations of the patient and pathological findings were presented and the literature reviewed, inorder to distinguish this syndrome from other disorders.
