Clinical analysis of primary SAH in 45 cases of senile patients
This article reported 45 cases of senile patients with primary SAH,their age ranged 60～92. As compared with 48 cases of SAH patients under 60,their risk factors complication,clinical symptoms and signs,CSF examination,arteriograms and mortality were analyged and the clinical characteristics and prognosis in senile SAH were discussed.
