Probe into lesion of ileocecum in 290 cases, clinical and pathological analysis

This paper reported the findings of endoscopic examination and the pathogical confirmation by operation or necropsy in 290 patients with 14 diseases. The diagnosis and differential diagnosis of ileocecum’s lesion are difficult. In this group, Crohn’s disease was most often mistaken for various other disorders; Bowel inflammatory disease was generally accompanied by severe complications.
