Concomitant enlargement Of aortic root and valve ring using autopercardium patch in multiple valve replacement AVR +MVR +TVR

Two cases with rheurnatic multiple valvular disease underwent successful enlargement of the as-cending aorta root and aortic valve ring using autopericardium patch during AVR+MVR+TVR valve re-placernent.Our operative technique was similar to Nicks procedure.Some modification was made to render the procedure more adaptable in case of time-consuming operation,for patients in need of rnuItiple-valve re-placement and for those with small aortic root and aortic ring stenosis unexpectes before operation.
