Determination of trifluoroactic acid level in nemifitide by HPLC

Objective To establish the HPLC method for measurement of trifluoroactic acid level in nemifitide.Methods Chromatogram with an Apollo C18 column（4.6mm×250mm,5μm）,mobile phase with a 0.7% phosphoric acid aqueous solution（pH3.0）,methanol with a flow velocity of 1.2ml/min,test wavelength at 210nm,and an injection dose of 10μl,were used to establish the HPLC method for measurement of trifluoroactic acid level in nemifitide.Results The method had a good linear relation when the regression equation was A=0.232 2X-0.062 6 and r=0.999 6 at the concentration of 12.02-961.2μg/ml.The average recovery rate was 100.7% and the RSD was 0.73%（n=6）.Conclusion The method is simple and reliable with a good repeatability,and can thus be used in measurement of trifluoroactic acid level in nemifitide.
