  • Objective: In order to improve the diagnosis and treatment for Kawasaki disease. Methods: The clinical manifestation of Kawasaki disease in 15 cases was analyzed. Results: The patients were featured with symptoms of fever, mucitis, rash, cervical lymphadenopathy, extremity abnormalities. 70% patients were misdiagnosed in early stage because of nonspecific clinical manifestation.Conclusion: It is needed to make differential diagnosis with purulent lymphadenitis, infectious mononucleosis, scarlet fever, rheumatic fever et al. Oral aspirin and IVGG were involved in the treatment. The prognosis was excellent.
