Treatment of acute leukemia and hodgkin’s disease with autologous bone marrow transplan tation: report of 7 cases

Six patients with acute leukemia（ANLL） and one patient with Hodgkin’s disease IVb（5males and 2 females, aged 10 to 35 years） were treated with high dose chemotherapy and TBI （ANLL） or TLI （NHL） followed by ABMT. Six of these seven patients are alive in sustained complete remission 1 to 21 months after ABMT. Relapse occurred within 3 months after the discovery of the disease, and died more than months after ABMT. A facile method of ABMT is briefed in this article.
