Practice and experience in training of postgraduates of traditional Chinese medicine by means of the succession system of teachings from a teacher to his or her disciples

The organic integration of traditional succession of teachings from a teacher to his or her disciples in traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） with modern training program for postgraduates of TCM is an innovative model of training talents in TCM.The training target was established,the training process was standardized,and a whole quality evaluation system was developed in accordance with the growing rules of talents in TCM in our hospital after 4 years of innovative practice,thus laying a foundation of future postgraduate training by means of the succession system of teachings from a teacher to his or her disciples.
