Abstract
A patient with pulmonary adenocarcinoma metastatic to the bilateral choroids is now reported in our paper. 40 cases of metastatic carcinomas to choroid have been reported in China since 1933, among which 20(50%) originated from lungs. The eye symptoms of 70% LCMC were previous to those of primary cancer for more than 4 months. If the metastatic cancer of choroid was found for the first time, a detail examination must be made so as to find the primary cancer, especially in the lung. Radiotherapy is the first choice for the treatment of LCMC.
