Effect of acanthopan axsenticosus injection on angina pectoris

Objective: To study the effect of Acanthopan axsenticosus injection on angina pectoris.Methods: Seventy-six patients were divided into two groups: treatment group have thirty-eight patients,who used Acanthopan axsenticosus injection 60ml in 10% glucose 500ml,iv.drip,once aday,for 14 days;the other thirty-eight patients belongs to control group treated with GIK,iv.drip,once aday,for 14 days.Results: The total efficient rate of the treatment group was 89.47%,which was obvious higher than those of the control group,respectively 52.63%（P﹤0.05）;At ECG aspect,the efficient rate of the treatment group was 63.16%,it was also higher than those of the control group,respectively 42.11%（P﹤0.05）.Conclusions: Acanthopan axsenticosus injection has good curative effect on Angina pectoris.
