Abstract
Objective To study the nursing of patients after human umbilical cord-derived mesenchymal(HUC-MSC) and allogenenic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation(allo-HSCT). Methods Patients were nursed according to their standard treatment program and nursing measures. The infusion time and methods of HUC-MSC,peripheral blood stem cells(PBSC) and bone marrow stem cells were strictly controlled.Condition of the patients was observed.Nursing of the patients with acute graft-versus-host disease(GVHD),intestine and liver diseases was intensified. Results The chimerism was completely achieved in all patients one month after HSCT.The median time of white cell and platelet transplantation was 13.5 days and 14 days, respectively. No death occurred in six months after operation. Conclusion Effective nursing of patients and prevention of implantation syndrome, infection and hemorrhagic cystitis after HUC-MSC and allo-HSCT are the key to successful transplantation.
