Urine laminin and fibronectin in patients with IgA nephropathy

Laminin and fibronectin of urine in 44 cases with IgA nephropathy were examined by anti laminin and anti Fibronectin monoclonal antibodies with ELISA method.The results showed that the levels of Laminin and fibronectin of urine in IgA nephropathy were significantly higher than those in the normal controls （Laminin: 0.549±0.137 vs 0.437±0.092, P＜ 0.01; Fibronectin: 0.409±0.132 vs 0.248±0.085, P ＜0.01）. There are relationship between the levels of laminin and fibronectin in urine and the scores of renal pathologic changes in the patients with IgA nephropathy.
