Abstract
Objective To observe the chest CT features of pulmonary aspergillosis in patients with non-severe immunologic deficiency. Methods Chest CT findings and features of pulmonary aspergillosis diagnosed in our hospital from August 2005 to August 2010 in 25 patients with non-severe immunologic deficiency were retrospectively analyzed. Results Of the 25 patients with different CT findings,12 were found to have air cresent sign or cavity-like nodular lesions,6 had local or multiple soft tissue shadows with irregular shapes,2 had disseminated foci, and 11 had sporadic calcification. Conclusion CT findings of pulmonary aspergillosis in patients with non-severe immunologic deficiency include local or multiple nodular lesions with irregular shapes, ground glass opacities, patchy attenuations, air cresent sign or cavity.Pulmonary aspergillosis in patients with non-severe immunologic deficiency should be discriminated with inflammation, tumors, and tuberculosis. Its final diagnosis depends on lung biopsy.
