Comparision of influence on blood pressure and pulse in aged people by different local anaesthetic

Objective: observe the influence on aged people with extracting teeth and dentistry fear symptom usingdifferent local anaesthetic. Methods: 112 aged patients who received exodontias were divide into two groups. One of groups used articaine, the other was lidocaine hydrochlorido. All measured blood pressure and pulsation. before injection and three minutes after injection.Results: There is no obviously difference between before and after injection with blood pressure and pulsation in aged people who used articaine under mucous anesthesia.But blood pressure quickened and pulsation rose in contrast group who used. lidocaine. Conclusion: Articaine can alleviate dentistry fear symptom of aged.
