Treatment of female stress urinary incontinence with SPARC tension-free vaginal tape procedure: A report of 14 cases

ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical significance of SPARC tension free vaginal tape procedure in clinical treatment of female stress urinary incontinence（SUI）.MethodsThe outcome of 14 cases of SPARC procedures for women with SUI was retrospectively analyzed.ResultsThe 14 women with SUI were cured without any complication,the mean operation time was 26min and the mean blood loss was 35mL.The patients were followed-up for a period of 10-36months.Dysuria occurred in 1 patient.One patient complained of persistent superpublic discomfort.ConclusionSPARC tension-free vaginal tape operation is a safe,simple,minimally invasive and effective surgical procedure for the treatment of female SUI.
