Epidemiological survey of 303 aged persons over 90 years of age in Beijing

The results of epidemiological survey of 303 aged persons over 90 years of age in Beijing were reported, and factors of longevity and the distribution of diseases were analyzed. The authors put out appropriate measures of health care. the incidences of common disease were as follow: 43.56% of coronary heart disease, 42.42% of hypertension, 39.60% of chronic bronchitis, 54% of anemia, 93.69% of cataract, 21.84% of blind, and 7.92% of various fractures.
