Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the efficiency of ELFA in detecting CEA. Methods: A total of 467 samples were collected from 323 healthy individuals and from 100 from patients with benign disease, and into control group and case group.CEA antibodies were detected by ECLIA and ELFA.CEA was detected by ELFA and ECLIA,respectively. Results: The relative coefficient of CEA detected by ELFA was 0.978.The control value for ELFA and ECLIA was 2.09%-3.06% and 3.56%-3.81% within-run experiments, and 2.20%-2.71% and 2.07%-4.12% between-run experiments, respectively. The total precision rate was 2.40%-3.96%. Conclusion: ELFA can meet the needs of CEA detection in clinical practice.
