Sterility test method for Ginseng and prepared aconite injection

Objective To establish and verify the sterility test method for Ginseng and Prepared Aconite Injection. Methods The sterility test method for Ginseng and Prepared Aconite Injection was verified following the sterility test methods in appendix of Pharmacopeia of People’s Republic of China,part 2,2005 edition. Results No bacteria were found in the test tubes while 6 strains of the bacteria grew well in the positive tubes. Conclusion The sterility test method for Ginseng and Prepared Aconite Injection is feasible and its results are reliable.
