Clinic observation of Halcinonide in the treatment of psoriasis in 179 cases

The effect of Halcinonide in the treatment of 179 cases of psoriasis has been observated in this paper.As the result,126 cases cured,the cure rate being 70.4%;in 170 cases it was quite effective,the rate of effectiveness being 95%.In 37 cases there was side effect of the skin,the side effect rate being 29.7%.47 patients had recurrences（36.4%）.Comparing Halcinonide with Fluocinonide,Beclomethason and Triamcinolone in the treatment of the same patients,it was found that Halcinonide was more effective than others.Finally,the mechanism of Halcinonide was reviewed.
