Abstract
This research attempts to predict the early necrosis of the femoral head by Technetium-99m-merhylenediphosphorate scintimetry, and to analyse the relationship between the femoral head isotope activity and the change of bone cell under the light microscope. Necrosis of the bone cell occurred, related to the ratio of the pressured femoral head/head being over or below 1, If the ratio was markedly over 1, there was necrosis of bone cell with repoduction, but if the ratio was below 1, only necrosis of bone cell was found, while if the ratio was 1, there was no necrosis of bone cell. With the investigation of the experiment, it is showed that quantitative detzction of bone scintigraphy is a highly seneitive method for recognizing the early necrosis of the femoral head.
