Abstract
Objective To study whether the typing method of cardiorenal syndrome(CRS) is scientific and rational. Methods The typing method of CRS proposed by Ronco et al was analyzed and its rationality and shortcomings were discussed in view of 4 typical CRS cases. Results It was difficult to type CRS in patients with a long history and complex conditions. The key points such as renal and heart functions during CRS could not be judged. Conclusion The typing method of CRS proposed by Ronco et al is of certain rationality, but not all CRS can be typed with it. It is, thus, more rational if undermined type of CRS is considered.
