YAG laser therapy used in cutting and seperating the pupillary closure and posterior synechiae

A series of 30 cases （36 eyes） of pupillary closure, pupillary membrane and posterior synechiae were presented in this article. All patients received the therapy with YAG laser （TO PAZ-Q-Switch made in Swise）. In part of them vision has improved and intraocular pressure relieved. YAG laser therapy is simple, with few complication; the practical methord and the necessary precaution of this procedure are discussed in the paper.
