Evaluation of double-contrast hypotonic duodenography (A report of 93 cases)

93 cases of double-contrast hypotonic dudenography were presented.Among them,30 cased were duodenal ulcer,90 diverticula,6 adenocarcinomas,2 carcinoid,4 leiomyosarcomas,5 carcinomas of duodenal ampulla,10 carcinomas of the pancreatic head,3 cases,respectivelly,choledochus cyst,and radiation duodenitis as well as 1 case,respoctivelly,adenoma,leiomyoma,chronic pancreatitis,tuberculosis,corhn’s disease,lithiasis,congenital redurdant descending duodenum,duodenoperitoneal fistula,prolapse of gastric polyp and leiomyoma,etc.The clinical usefulness of double-contrast hypotonic duodenagraphy has been discussed in the paper.It appears to be better than conventional barium meal or single-contrast duodenography.
