Cystitis Glandularis（Report of 15 Cases）

In this paper,we present l5 cases of cysntitis gladularis. The cardinal symptomswere irritation sign of bladder, hematuria and dysuria. Cystoscopy showed that lesion are majorly located at the trigone of urinary bladder.The diagnosis is based on cystoscopy and biopsy.Thepostoperative pathological examination displays concomitant local canceration in l,and concomi-tant atypical hyperplasia in 2.Transurethral fulguration and resection,partical cystectomy（rese-ction of trigone and neck）, and total cystectomy are selected in the treatment of cystitis glandularis,the result are satisfying.The etiology,diagnosis and treatment of cystitis glandularis are discussedwith the review of the literature,We also discuss the relationship between the cystitis glandularis and bladder carcinoma.
