Research about the disassociated cases between HLA-DRB1、HLA-DRB3、HLA-DRB4、HLA-DRB5 locus and HLA-DQ locus

Objective: to complement the known HLA-DR and HLA-DQ linkage table.Methods: 16 cases were found from patient and donor samples during 2000-2006 whose HLA-DR locus were not normally linkage disequilibrium with HLA-DQ locus and analyzed them with high resolution of PCR-SSP.Results: We found five new haplotypes in Chinese han race whose HLA-DR and HLA-DQ locus were not coincident with the previous linkage table.Conclusion: Through adding five new haplotypes to the linkage table makes the linkage table more suitable for the Chinese race.
