We used the Q-switched Nd:YAG laser to perform discission of the membranous after cataract in 151 eyes of 144 patients and periperal iridectomies on 107 phakic eyes of 96 patients.In cataract group,successful discission was achieved in 134 eyes（88.7%）.Visual acuity was remakably improved in 98 eyes of 116 eyes（84.5%）.In glaucoma group,penetration was achived in 105 of 107 eyes（98.1%）. Complications were minor and transient.
