Efficacy of UBIO on reduce the transfusion adverse reaction under 28℃

Objective: Study whether UBIO reduce the transfusion adverse reaction under non-4℃. Methods: Divided the whole blood into testgroup and controlgroup, thentest 4 cytokinesduring the blood preservation at 28℃. Results: The level of 3 cytokines increase during the blood preservation. After irradiation, the level of TNF-αdid not change significantly,IL-8 continualy increased but lower than controlgroup,as IL-2,it is still changed as before irradiation. Conclusions: UBIO may lessen the accumulation of cytokines during blood preservation and it may also prevent FNHTRs.
