Ideas for the training model of residents and its implementation in military hospitals

Standard training of clinical residents is the key to the improvement in medical profession and service,and the main way to train high-level clinical medical talents.This study was to explore the training methods of residents and the innovation of the training model with the purpose of training qualified residents and reserving medical talents in military hospitals.
