Comparison of two fluorescence microimaging system collecting fluorescence images of organelle probes

  • Objective: Applying two fluorescence microimaging system to collect fluorescence images of organelle probes. Methods: Endothelial cells were subcultured and incubated with four organelle probes for various time. Fluorescence microscope,computer and high-resolution digital CCD were applied to collect fluorescence images of four organelle probes. At the same time Laser Scanning Confocal Microscope was used to collect images as a comparison. Results: The two fluorescence microimaging system both can collect fluorescence images of organelle probes. The details of fluorescence images collected by high-resolution digital CCD are clear and faster. Conclusions: Fluorescence microscope and digital CCD collectig fluorescence images of organelle probes is reliable and practical.
