The effects of secondary metabolites of Rhizoctonia Leguminicola on T lymphocytes proliferation of cancer rats

Objective: found the immunological effects in cancer rats by using the secondary metabolites of Rhizoctonia Leguminicola. Methods: pour the secondary metabolites of Rhizoctonia Leguminicola which have swainsonine into the stomach of cancer rats, and the doses of swainsonine are 2.7 mg·kg^-1·d^-1 and 16.2 mg·kg^-1·d^-1 separately.MTT method was used to observe the T lymphocytes proliferation after 0 d, 4 d, 8 d, 12 d and 16 d.Result:the secondary metabolites can enhance T lymphocytes proliferation, especially the dose of swainsonine that is 16.2 mg·kg^-1·d^-1 had obvious result.Above all, the secondary metabolites of Rhizoctonia Leguminicola have similar function with swainsonine.And they have value as antitumor drugs.
