Investigate the complications of the artificial eye implantation in child

Objective: To investigate the effects of different nursing methods to avoid complication after artificial eye implantation in children. Methods: Select the 16 children-patients with common nursing as the control group,the 15 children-patients as experiment group,which had nursing interference before surgery and after that, then collect the data of the complications such as conjunctiva dehiscence, artificial eye exposure,conjunctival sac stenosis, concave upper eyelid,and analyse the results between the two groups. Results: There are obvious difference on statistics between the two groups.The patients with nursing interference have few complications. Conclusion: Accordings to the children characteristics,the scientic,effection nursing and correct advise to the patients’parents can inevitably reduce the ratio of the complications.
