Influence of rapid haemodynamic effect of isocoredine on heart rate in animal

The report concerns with the influence of the rapid haemodynamic effect on the heart ratet in animals.It was found that the rapid haemodynamic effect of isocoredine that was increased when a higher dosage was used while there was no influence in the lower dosage.In mice it increased the heart rate when the latter was slow but it decreased the heart rate when the higher heart rate is rapid.
