Research on human cost of health-care and service price

Starting with reflecting medical staff’s work-ability and skill-content, the author used the sharing method of skill value scale coefficient to evaluate the skill-content value scale among different medical staff and count the human cost in the every health-care service item. The author also compared the human cost to service price decision policy. It can provide evidence to service price decision、compensatory policy and cost-benefit evaluation. The article is one of a series of achievements in"research of human cost of health-care and service price" which won the bid of China Health-economic Society.
