Immunoregulation of Baoyuanhuoxue granule in treating aged patients with deficiency of Qi and Kidney

Objective: To observe the clinic influence and corresponding immunological function changes in treating aged（patients） with deficiency of Qi and Kidney by Baoyuanhuoxue granule.Methods: 60 aged patients with deficiency of Qi and kidney were randomly divided into two groups.30 patients in treatment group were treated with Baoyuanhuoxue granule,30 patients in control group were not any treatment.Observe and analysis the expression of T lymphocyte subsets,NK cell,B-lymphocyte cell,immunoglobulins,C3,C4,Ag-nors before and after treatment in both groups.Results: Baoyuanhuoxue granule could elevate the level of CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8,elevate the level of NK cell and Ag-Nors.There was no significant influence in immunoglobulin,C3,C4 and B-lymphocyte cell.Conclusion: Baoyuanhuoxue granule has good therapy function for immunosenescence related to aged patients with deficiency of Qi and Kidney,especially for the cellular immune function.
