Study on identification and determination method for Fuyankang Capsules

Objective：To establish the quality standards for Fuyan kang Capsules.Methods：Rhizoma Cyperi、Rhizoma Corydalis、Radix paeoniae Rubra、Ramulus cinnamomi、Radix Astragali were identified by TLC，and the content of Tetrahydropalmatine by TLC-scanning. Results：Rhizoma Cyperi、Rhizoma Corydalis、Radix paeoniae Rubra、Ramulus cinnamomi、Radix Astragali could be identified by TLC，Tetrahydropalmatine showed a good linear relationship at a rang of 0.926～4.630ug，r=0.9993.The average recovery was 98.8%，and RSD was 3.4%.The content of Tetrahydropalmatine in Fuyankang Capsules is 0.17mg/g.Conclusion：The wethods are accurate and can be used for the qualigy control of Fuyankan Capsules.
