Three kinds of stress methods in the diagnosis of coronary artery disease

Objective:To evaluate the diagnostic value of three kinds of methods: exercise electrocardiography（EE）,dobutamine stress echocardiography（DOBE） and ATP stress echocardiography （ATPE） in coronary artery disease（CAD） according to coronary angiography. Methods: There are fifty-six patients who were examined with coronary angiography, EE, DOBE and ATPE. The date of coronary angiography were compared with the three kinds of methods. Results: The sensitivity in the diagnosis of CAD with the three kinds of methods were 77%,83% and 80%,respectively.The specificity were 81%,88% and 96%, respectively. The accuracy were 79%,86%,88%, respectively. Conclusions: The three kinds of methods had high sensitivity and specificity, and reached high diagnostic accuracy. They were lower cost and effective metheds.
