An experimental study of the therapeutical effects of sodium heaprinate ointment on dopamine induced damage of the rat veins and peripheral tissues

  • Objective: To observe the therapeutical effects of sodium heparinate ointment, 50% magnesium sulfate and hyaluronidase on dopamine induced damage of the rat vein and the tissues around it. Methods: Vasculitis was induced by continuous injection of large dose of dopamine into the rat ear vein and tissues around it. 50% magnesium sulfate and sodium heparinate ointment were topically used in separation and combination respectively in the lesion, and hyaluronidase was injected subctaneously into the lesion. Results: The best result was obtained by the use of 50% magnesium sulfate in combination with sodium heparinate ointment, the separate use of 50% magnesium sulfate and sodium heparinate ointment got the second, and the use of hyaluronidase got no effect. Conclusion: The use of 50% magnesium sulfate and sodium heparinate ointment had good effect in treating vasculiis induced by drug extravasation.
