A analysfs method of pyruvate kinase in human serum

In enzymological tests, the dynamic method is generally considered as a accurate and sensitive one.pyruvate kinase（PK） is a key enzyme in glycosis. Measurement of the acitvity of PK is very significant in clinical medicine and neurology. So, we have mordified the Weinstock’s method and estab lished a dynamic method for analysing PK and its normal human serum value.Following some clinical trials, we found that the method may be clinically avvailable and useful in clinical practice.
