Detection of recombinant human neuregulin C-terminal sequences by in-source-delay of MALDI-TOF-MS and LIFT of TOF-TOF-MS

  • Objective To detect the recombinant human neuregulin(rhNRGL) C-terminal sequences. Methods Ten amino acid residues of rhNRGL C-terminal sequences were detected by in-source-delay(ISD) of MALDI-TOF-MS and LIFT of TOF-TOF-MS. Results The 10 amino acid residues of rhNRGL C-terminal sequences were detected. Conclusion This method is simpler and rapider than the commonly used method and can be applied to quality control of some recombinant proteins.
