Effect of Endothelin on Ischemia/Reperfusion Induced Arrhythmia

effect of endothelin（ET） on ichemia/reperfusion （I/R）induced arrhythmia was studied in isolated ret heart and patients with cardiac ischemic arrest. ET in myocardial ti-ssue of ret increased during I/R.ET may aggravate I/R injury and arrhythmia.Verapamil, captopril and ET antibody may partialy improve ischemic myocardial injury and arrhythmia caused by ET.Blood plasma ET level of patients increased during cardiac ischemic arrest. However,ET was not associated with arrhythmia induced by ischemic arrest.
