Abstract
Objective To observe the adverse reactions in unstable angina(UA) patients after treated with PGE1 and study the effect of nursing intervention on them.Method One hundred and fifty-three UA patients admitted to our hospital from January 2009 to June 2010 were randomly divided into control group(n=76) and observation group(n=77).Patients in control group were treated with intravenous drip of 10μg PGE1,and those in observation group were treated with local dermlin dressing with their limbs raised before intravenous drip of 10μg PGE1.Adverse reactions were observed in two groups. Results The pain, phlebitis and swelling were improved much better in observation group than in control group(P<0.01). Conclusion Nursing intervention with dermlin local dressing and raising limbs can decrease the local adverse reactions in UA patients after treated with PGE1.
